ISACA CISA Certified Information Systems Auditor exam preparation course - English (CISA-E)

Course Overview

Validate your expertise and get the leverage you need to move up in your career. With ISACA’s Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification, you can do just that. CISA is world-renowned as the standard of achievement for those who audit, control, monitor and assess an organization’s information technology and business systems.

Who should attend

Anyone who wants to successfully pass the CISA exam and meets the relevant registration requirements / professional experience for the exam.

Prerequisites

The course does not replace self-study, for example with the support of ISACA's CISA Review Manual. The pure exam preparation course focuses on the most important content that is queried in the exams. It is therefore essential that you observe the requirements for admission to the examination, i.e. professional and practical experience.

The CISA exam can also be taken without the necessary work experience, but the title of CISA is only awarded when all the conditions are met.

  • At least five (5) years of experience in IT audit, controls, assurance or IT security.
    • A maximum of three (3) years can be replaced by other evidence.
    • An existing CISSP certification reduces the necessary professional experience by 2 years.
  • Instead of this professional experience, the following requirements are recognised:
    • A maximum of 1 year of professional experience in the IS sector OR 1 year of non-IS audit experience can replace 1 year of professional experience.
    • 60 to 120 recognized hours through completed university semesters (university degree) can replace 1-2 years of professional experience.
    • Degree (Bachelor or Master Degree) from a university and ISACA - replaces 1 year of professional experience.
