Completion of System Administration/Platform Fundamentals course is recommended prior to this course. In lieu of completing the System Administration/Platform Fundamentals course, attendees should have basic familiarity with navigation within ServiceNow. A ServiceNow Foundations course is available on ServiceNow Community: ServiceNow Foundations
