Course Overview

Welcome to the ITIL® 4 Specialist: Collaborate, Assure, and Improve course. This course is for anyone who is preparing to sit the ITIL® 4 Specialist: Collaborate, Assure, and Improve examination. The aim is to provide you with an understanding of the key concepts, processes and roles of the Collaborate, Assure, and Improve (CAI) practices.

This introductory module will cover the overall course aims and objectives and will also introduce a flavour of what ITIL® 4 Specialist: Collaborate, Assure, and Improve is and the certification process.

The overall aim of this course is to enable you to gain a pass mark in the ITIL® 4 Specialist: Collaborate, Assure, and Improve examination.
