Course Overview

Attend Cloud Provisioning and Governance Advanced to learn how to customize and extend the ServiceNow Cloud Provisioning and Governance Platform. Cloud Provisioning and Governance Advanced is a three-day course for students who have taken the Cloud Provisioning and Governance Fundamentals course and need to know how to customize and extend the ServiceNow Cloud Provisioning and Governance (CPG) Platform to meet the operational needs of the enterprise.

  1. 1. So that we can finally process your registration, you will receive an enrollment request after booking the course. Please carry out the enrollment immediately, at the latest three working days before the start of the course, according to the following instructions at ServiceNow:

  2. Please note that we must receive short-term bookings no later than five working days before the course begins.
  3. If you are unable to attend the training date you have booked (e.g. illness, etc.) or if ServiceNow cancels the course, a credit note is not possible under any circumstances. If you cancel, you can name a replacement person. In both cases of cancellation, the validity of your credit remains for 12 months after the order.

Prerequisites

ServiceNow Fundamentals, Cloud Provisioning and Governance Fundamentals. It is recommended that students taking the course have knowledge and experience of ServiceNow Cloud Management v2, the ServiceNow CMDB, Azure and AWS REST API s, CloudFormation Templates, Azure ARM templates, JavaScript, and JSON. It is also recommended that students taking the course should have a strong understanding of architecting solutions within the AWS and/or Azure Clouds.

Note: Cloud Provisioning and Governance was formerly called Cloud Management Platform and the Cloud Provisioning and Governance Advanced course was called Cloud Management Advanced.
