Course Overview
This four-day course provides an in-depth introduction to the OO software, covering both its fundamental concepts and practical applications. As a key component of the OpenText™, integrating with Operations Bridge, Data Center Automation, Hybrid Cloud Management X and Service Management Automation X, OO plays a crucial role in optimizing and automating IT operations. Participants will gain expertise in using OO Workflow Designer, a web-based tool for creating and managing intricate workflows. The course will cover the essentials of OO Workflow Designer, including the use of CloudSlang, the built-in scripting language, to effectively develop and customize workflows. The course offers hands-on experience in authoring and deploying workflows within the OO environment. It also explores the integration of OO Workflow Designer with important enterprise tools, such as Terraform Enterprise for infrastructure as code and Ansible for configuration management.
Highlights:
- Author and manage workflows
- Utilize looping and branching operations
- Use Activity Designer
- Set up and work with Source Control Management (SCM)
- Integrate OO with Terraform and Ansible
- Create project content for REST APIs
- Develop custom Python scripts
- Record and troubleshoot RPA activities for UI automation
Who should attend
Workflow Developers, Automation Operators, and other engineers responsible for the implementation of OO.
