Course Overview
The HPE Aruba Networking Security Fundamentals, Rev. 24.41 course teaches you foundational security concepts and prepares you to take the exam to achieve the ACA - Network Security (ACA-NS) certification. The course describes common security threats and vulnerabilities and provides an overview of important security technologies. You will learn how to create a trusted network infrastructure with HPE Aruba Networking mobility solutions and switches. In addition to discussing device hardening, the course covers implementing security at the edge with AAA, basic roles and firewall policies, dynamic segmentation, and endpoint classification. The course will further explain basic threat detection technologies and how to collect logs and alarms, and use them to initiate an investigation.

Typical candidates for this course are network or help desk engineers working in a customer or partner environment with six months to a year of experience in networking in both wired and wireless environments.
